Gift Certificates
Give the gift of health and well being. Gift certificates are available for treatments, packages and dollar denominations. Gift certificates are non-transferable, they may not be shared, gratuities are not included and they may not be redeemed for cash.

Oh yeah, the rules
At Spruce body lab we require 24 hours notice for cancellations. For your initial visit, a credit card is requested to guarantee your appointment time. If you must cancel with less than 24 hours advanced notice, the full price of your appointment will be applied. A friendly reminder call will be made 48 hours in advance of your appointment time.

Please be on time. Regardless of your arrival time, the treatment will end as scheduled so as not to inconvenience the next guest, and the full price will apply. You will be asked to arrive 15 minutes early to fill out health history forms. This way, we can ensure that you’ll get the most out of your
treatment with your therapist.

In order to maintain a tranquil setting, we ask that cell phones and voices be set to quiet mode while in the treatment areas.

Parking
There is meter parking in front of Spruce Body Lab on both sides of Richards Street.

*We suggest asking everyone you refer to mention your name when they come in; we also encourage you check in with reception to see if someone you've referred has come in. This way, we can make sure all of your referrals are accounted for and your credit is kept up to date and accurate.

Spruce Body Lab's Referral program may change or end without notice. Credit is applicable for Spruce Body Lab services only and is not applicable to the purchase of retail products. Credit may not be redeemed for cash.

Gratuities
If you enjoyed our service and wish to express that in the form of a tip, you can do so in two ways. You may leave the tip directly with the service provider, or with the front desk.

Treatment options
When you book in for a service you can now choose between two unique treatment options.

Phase One Experience: A therapeutic clinical approach is the basis of this experience and the treatment becomes the main focus. Clients opt to change in their treatment room.

Phase Two Experience $10*: Use of Spruce Body Lab change room amenities and relaxation lounge are included in this option for those who wish to take the time to relax and unwind. Our change rooms feature a deluxe Kohler™ rain shower and water tiles for a decadent hydrotherapy experience.  High quality grooming products such as Pureology™ Hair Care and Dermalogica™ Skin Care are at your disposal. The relaxation lounge features all latest design and lifestyle magazines as well as light snacks and beverages.

Add an Infrared Sauna session to any treatment (25 min) $18.75 (includes Phase Two Experience)
